When we last presented Kong in 2009,
we
promised to show him just a "handful of
times"
that year. Well, we were close...we showed
him
7 times that year, including 3 specialties.
Kong
won 2 Awards of Merit (Chicago, Mrs. Hufnagel
and Minneapolis, Mrs. Canalizo), as well
as
Best of Opposite at Detroit under
Dr. Deitch.

He also picked up a group 2 and 4 as well.
This year, we've shown about as
much... He was shown all 4 days at the Chicago
International weekend, picking up
3 Best of Breeds. Next time I showed him,
winning the breed and Group 4. We
try to stick our word. Shown only
in the Midwest when our work schedule allows,
Kong has earned the respect of those that
have judged him.
