She always carried an incredible coat and never dropped a hair.
Besides her being convinced that she was "not a dog", she was
determined in everything she did.  She was an incredible mom,
and also mothered any other pups that entered the house.  Afterall,
they were her pups.  We lost her suddenly after a very brief illness.
She was the alfa bitch to the end and never showed any advanced
warning of her illness until it was too late.
 

Holly is pictured 2 days before she whelped her first litter of 4.
 

 Holly loved watching "Animal Planet", especially if puppies were
being born. Her youngest is 6 years old but she still looked for the
whelping box!  She was little (only 24 1/2 in tall) but she ruled our
house, she never had a fight, no one ever challenged her, she was
the undeniable boss.  She leaves quite the hole in our hearts and
home. She was our first show champion and our "Holly Girl".
