I must admit that the first thing that
attracted me to this dog was his
pedigree. With two crosses to our BIS
SBIS CH Paladin The Darkman
V
Isameh "Mo" and once to
his littersister Ch.
& mult.BIS\SBIS Can.Ch
Paladin
Fancy Pants Trinity(1994 Can.Nat.Specialty winner) "CC" and
then the cherry on the cake was our
Ch
Naphtali’s Caleb Chaldea #2
Afghan & #1 male in the US 1995
"Caleb". This was all enough to
interrupt me and to take notice!
This to me was a chance in a lifetime
to go
BACK
TO THE FUTURE!
But all of this didn't prepare me for
the dog himself... To say that I am proud
to be an owner of Crusader is a total
under statement. I think once you see
him you will also agree... My first
outing with Crusader was at the Evergreen
Afghan Hound Club Specialty back to
back shows. With an injured front
foot and all from the 12 to 18 mos
class, under Jerry Kline he won, RWD
the first day and the next day under
Terry Chacon he ran away with the
WD & BOW honors for his 3rd Specialty
Major.
Standing is one thing, moving is another
and this dog will move you
with his extreme open springy effortless
gait.
