We find Jag a very Honest Afghan Hound. He is an asset to the breed.
Jag is always breeder owner handled. He is never strung up, or raced around
the ring, stands square on his own, with his head held high and proper tail.
Jag is as natural as his coat patterning. He is standard size, He has the
"King of Dogs attitude", He has correct Movement-Balance-Lift and Power,
He is Sound, He is very masculine in every way, Head, Muscle and Stamina.

Thank you to all the judges for your comments. We agree 100%. Jag has the bowed
rear we demand at JoVan, a correct croup, and natural ringed  tail. His neck of good
substance smooth into his shoulders with a set under front. Jags head is a masculine
chiseled head, with small dark eyes and great under jaw.

The large Texas Kennel Club here in Dallas were Jag 's first shows. He was
a 9 month old untrained puppy. He went winners dog every day with a
BOB under breeder judge Carol Esterkin.

The next shows we headed to Houston for the Afghan Hound Club of Greater
Houston specialty and 2 All Breeds the last days. We were on cloud nine, Jag was
Winners dog from the 9-12 puppy class. He also was BOW and Best Puppy.

We are so proud of our MSBIS Ch. JoVan Cruise Control. He is NOW a
multi champion, group winning producer. He is our funny, crazy, loving pet first,
then we decided to show him and let the breed see what we saw in him. WOW!
what a journey he has given us these 3 and 1/2 years. The Top 20's 2007, 2008, 2009
unexpectedly, for he was shown very sparingly. We have loved every day
and minute he has given us. We would like THANK YOU JUDGES

All are memories we will have for the rest of our lives. We smile every day.

 Ch. Excel Dancing With The Stars  "Bruno"  BOS at this years Breeders Cup
and BOB from the classes over the # 1 Afghan Hound,  near Ch. Riverview
Dancing in the Moonlight was Best Puppy at the AHCA national last year
and pointed siblings with exciting wins. We at JoVan are so excited
watching these close in on their championship.

conbination. Both have wonderful champion littermates. We can see the STARS.
